I had a romantic escape and loved the awesome location near Chinatown! It was super convenient for trying out all the delicious food. Plus, we were just a short walk from parks and the stadium, making it easy to explore. The automated check-in was a nice touch, and once we got settled in a clean room, we felt pretty cozy.
Not everything was great. The rooms were pretty tiny, which made it hard to move around with our luggage. The bed was way too firm for my liking, and some bedding showed signs of wear and tear. I was worried about the check-in process; it didn’t allow for flexibility if plans changed. It might not be the best for everyone.

The location is awesome! Right in the heart of Chinatown, it's super convenient for trying out all the delicious food spots. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the nearby parks and stadium, perfect for sightseeing and enjoying the vibes of the area. The check-in process is quick and easy, so if you just need a place to crash, it's manageable.
My experience was pretty disappointing. The room was so cramped that moving around felt impossible with my luggage. It was also dirty upon arrival, with used stuff left behind – totally unacceptable! Plus, the bedding had stains and burns. I could’ve dealt with the size, but cleanliness is non-negotiable! Definitely won’t be returning.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a culinary trip and could not be more pleased with my experience! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Chinatown, and just a six-minute walk to Ishikawachō station made it easy to explore the area. The attractions, like Yokohama Park and Yokohama Stadium, were only a short stroll away. Plus, being close to the port allowed for lovely evening walks along the waterfront.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

It's perfect for foodies who want to explore authentic Japanese food culture. the hotel is also close to major landmarks such as parks, stadiums, and ports which offers guests a range of activities to do. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxed atmosphere to unwind.
We had a bad experience upon arrival. Our first room was not cleaned, with leftover food on the desk and used pyjamas on the floor.

The hotel is situated in the heart of a bustling, foodie area with plenty of options for culinary adventures and is a short walk from popular attractions such as the park and stadium. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds but cleanliness should not be taken for granted, as one guest had a poor experience. the hotel also offers a 10 am checkout time, making it easy to depart in a timely manner.
The hotel’s cleanliness may be inconsistent, as one guest found their room unclean upon arrival.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to Yokohama Park and Stadium, ideal for sports fans. The hotel was also situated in the heart of Yokohama’s Chinatown, providing the perfect opportunity to indulge in some delicious culinary experiences. Additionally, the hotel was within walking distance to the port and Yamashita Park, making it a great base to explore the city.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. When we arrived, the room was dirty, with used pajamas left on the floor and drinks on the desk. We had to go back to the reception to get another room, which was an inconvenience. Although the second room was clean and had larger beds, this experience made us question the hotel's check-in/check-out system and the overall cleanliness of the hotel.
